Moving Files and Folders
You can only move subfolders underneath a mount. You can move files or folders either individually or in batches.
- Open File Station.
- Locate and select one or more files and folders.

Perform one of the following
methods.

Steps
Using the toolbar

Click

Select Copy to / Move to and then select Move to.
The Folder Selector window opens.

Select the destination folder.

Specify a mode.

Optional: Select Merge selected file transfer tasks.

Click Apply.
Using the context menu
-
Locate a file or folder in the list and then right-click.

Right-click the file and then select Copy to/Move to and Move to.
The Folder Selector window opens.

Select the destination folder.

Select a mode.

Optional: Select Merge selected transfer tasks.

Click Apply.

Right-click a selected file or folder and then select Cut.

Select the destination folder.

Right-click inside the folder and then select Paste.
Using the left panel
-
Right-click a subfolder.
-
Hover your mouse over Copy to/ Move to, and then select Move to.
The Folder Selector window opens.

Select a destination folder.

Optional: Select a mode.

Optional: Select Merge selected file transfer tasks.

Click Apply.
File Station moves the selected items to the specified folder.
