Access
If you are a Windows user, you must download third-party software to log in to Console Management. macOS users can log in to Console Management through Terminal.
Accessing Console Management from Windows
- Download PuTTY from https://www.putty.org and then follow the on-screen instructions to install the software.
- Open PuTTY, and type the device's IP address underneath Host Name (or IP address).

Select SSH as the connection type.
Note:
This option is selected by default.

Click Open.
The PuTTY Security Alert window appears.
Note:This window only appears when you first run the application.

Click Yes.
A login screen appears.
Accessing Console Management from Mac
- Open Terminal.

Enter ssh
USERNAME@DEVICE_IP.
Note:

Replace USERNAME with the account username.

Replace DEVICE_IP with the device's IP address.
Tip:If you encounter an error, enter ssh-keygen -R DEVICE_IP. Replace DEVICE_IP with the device's IP address.
A login screen appears.

Logging In to Console Management
- Enter the username.

Enter the
password.
Note:
For security purposes, the password does not show.
Tip:Do not copy and paste the password to the program.
The Console Management - Main menu screen appears.
