Removing a QNAP ID from Qfile Pro

  1. Open Qfile Pro on your mobile device.

    The Menu window appears.

  2. Tap Settings.

    The Settings window appears.

  3. Tap MANAGE QNAP ID.

    The QNAP ID window appears.

  4. Tap a QNAP ID.
  5. Tap Sign out.
  6. Select an action for devices added through the selected QNAP ID:

    • Delete: Remove all devices previously added through the selected QNAP ID from the Qfile Pro Device List.

    • Keep: Do not remove Devices previously added through the selected QNAP ID from the Qfile Pro Device List.

Qfile Pro removes the QNAP ID.
