Adding a Trap Instance

You can create up to 16 trap instances per trap. For optimal performance, QNAP recommends limiting the total number of trap instances.

  1. Open ADRA NDR.
  2. Go to Policy Management > Traps.
  3. Identify a trap.
  4. Click Add Trap Instance.

    A confirmation window appears.

  5. Click OK.

    A trap instance is added to the bottom of the trap.

  6. Optional: Click to change the trap instance hostname.
  7. Optional: Click to enable the trap instance.
  8. Optional: Configure the network settings of the trap instance.
    Note:

    To configure the trap instance network environment, the trap instance must be enabled.
