Restricting Access to the Network Recycle Bin Go to Control Panel > Privilege > Shared Folders. Identify a shared folder. Under Actions, click . The Edit Properties window appears. Select Enable Network Recycle Bin. Select Restrict the access to Recycle Bin to administrators only for now. Click OK.
