Uploading a File

  1. Open File Station.
  2. Perform one of the following methods.

    Method

    Steps

    Use the menu bar

    1. Click Upload and then select File.

      The File Upload window opens.

    2. Select the file and then click Open.

    Use drag and drop

    1. Locate the file on your computer.

    2. Drag and drop the file to the File Station window.

    A confirmation message appears.

  3. Select one of the following.

    Option

    Description

    Skip the files

    Do not upload a file if another file with the same file name and extension already exists on File Station.

    Overwrite the files

    Upload the file and then overwrite an existing file with the same name and extension.

    Rename if a file exists with the same name

    Upload and rename a file if another file with the same name and extension already exists on File Station.
  4. Click OK.

    File Station uploads the file.
